This custom rack stores gas cylinders and was designed to be transported by a forklift, have a locking door and drawer for fittings, tools and gloves. Not your typical gas cylinder storage rack.

This custom machine tool rack has all the standard features of our high capacity modular drawer cabinets, but also has open sides to visually assess your tooling needs prior to opening the drawer. Couple this with our CAT Tool Cart to fully accomplish the storage and utilization of your machine tools.

Choose fluorescent lighting, pegboard, hanging drawers, maple top, adj. shelving, pneumatic receptacles, or electric raceway to outfit your gauging work bench to suit your needs. Multiply that with an endless variety of sizes, and colors to correctly design the product that fits your application.

This customer was able to correctly utilize their space by using many small drawers in her safe. Each drawer has 100% extension to allow complete visualization of small, expensive products.

Several police stations utilized this roll-up locking aluminum door rifle storage system for their S.W.A.T. teams. This product provided them immediate access when response time is at a premium.

Several of these custom designed flow racks were lined up against an aisle way to allow quick access to several stamping dies.

By rolling a cart in front of the correct bay, dropping the stop and rolling the die on to the adjacent cart, die change over became quick and efficient as well as ergonomic friendly.

The design of our electrician mobile work center allowed our customer to hang and access their many spools of wire and still be able to maintain security with locking doors. Coupled with a high capacity maple top work surface, modular drawer cabinet and a handy electrical receptacle made this work center a priceless efficiency tool.

This worktable was designed specifically to tackle problems in working with large stamping dies. It’s perforated ½” top allows oil to pass through to a drip pan plumbed with a spigot for easy oil disposal. It also boasts a 2000# capacity drawer for heavy tool storage that can be pulled out from either side of the table.

It was also designed with an electric and pneumatic raceway for quick electrical and pneumatic connect and disconnect.

Designing this unit to hold weights up to 18,000# capacity per storage level, gave this customer the ability to access his large injection molds with an overhead crane, making his aisle narrower than traditionally needed to permit forklift access.
